These terms apply to orders placed on FlowerHens.com, operated by Douglass Farms (CDD LLC) in Boone County, Indiana.
What we sell
We sell fertile Swedish Flower Hen hatching eggs for incubation. They are not sold as food. Before you order, make sure you're able to keep poultry where you live.
Orders and payment
- Eggs are reserved for a specific ship or pickup week and are paid in full online when you order.
- If we can't fill your order, we'll offer you a later week, a partial order with a refund, or a full refund.
- Prices and availability can change before you place an order.
No hatch or fertility guarantee
We can't guarantee fertility or hatch rates. Results depend on shipping, handling, temperature and incubation, which are outside our control.
Shipping area
We ship only to the lower 48 United States. Out-of-state shipments go out only after our NPIP certification, which is pending, is approved. If it is not approved by your ship week, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. See our Shipping policy for details.
Our policies
Our Refund policy and Shipping policy are part of these terms. They cover cancellations, eggs broken in transit, weather holds, ship days and cutoffs, and local pickup. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and those policies.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
